Losing our mother was a difficult time for us. Inland Valley Doc Prep, staff was so kind and respectful towards us during this time. The time Cynthia took over the phone with me was so helpful because I had so many questions. Then I went by the office to meet in person because I just needed that assurance of what to do next. A business such as this one has to show compassion and understanding of what a person or family is going through. Cynthia, I cant thank you enough for helping me with my divorce. The process was arduous but, as you promised, we made it to the end. The court system can be quite challenging and we are unaware of the daily grind that paralegals face. I must commend you for your patience and understanding of my frustration.
