I had a good visit. It started with Christina, a nice and helpful nurse. Dr. Williams was attentive and courteous. He took the time to patiently and kindly answer all my questions.

My husband and I had a great visit with Dr. Williams when we went in for a second opinion on a 4 year old injury to my index finger. Dr. Williams was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I liked that he gave us different options to consider instead of one flat out opinion and was even rational about some of the more invasive procedures that he suggested to us, letting us know ahead of time that they may not work for my particular issue. His knowledge and honesty allowed us to consider different ideas and made us feel confident, comfortable and calm. In the end we decided to not get treatment right away and Dr. Williams was supportive in that decision. He made sure we understood that we could wait to see him for up to six months or come back in a couple of days if we changed our minds. We would highly suggest Dr. Williams to anybody needing orthopedic advice/treatment. Dr. Williams not only came across to us as a very competent doctor, but also as a great guy/person!
