        Was doing taxes with her for 5 years, supposedly. Didnt tell me she got extension after extension and never filed my taxes, now im over 70 thousand in debt. Thanks for never being there and lying and ignoring my calls. Do yourselves a favor, leave while you can.

        Was looking for a new tax preparer, and ARP services came up on google search, went of the great reviews. Went for the appointment and was so happy and impressed with the service my husband and I received. Rosie is very professional and honest, and her staff is very welcoming and helpful. What I loved the most is that she took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns and we did not feel rushed. Will be recommending ARP services to family and friends.
