Russian Doll Catering

Rotary Club of Jurupa Valley used Russian Doll Catering for 2 events in 2021. Food was delicious, delivery was prompt. Had a large variety of choices to choose from. Prices were reasonable. Russian Doll is a woman owned local business which the Jurupa Valley Rotary Club is happy to support.

I was referred to Russian Doll by a friend who had her daughters wedding catered by Fenya. She was the only one that responded to my emails and was prompt with communication the whole way thru. Wedding May 30, 2021. She helped me create a menu and meet with me on two occasions at her kitchen to drop off stuff for my wedding day. The staff worked really hard and the food was delicious! Shes on top of her game and that's why Im writing a review to share with the public.

What an amazing meal! This event wasn't cheap to attend but it was a fundraiser dinner for Ken Calvert at Riverside Art Museum. I've never had a 5 course around the world dinner like this. I'll attach the menu. My favorite was the Indian food called Samosa and the cheesecake with blood orange sauce. They are really talented cooks! If I got married again or when we renew our marriage I'm calling them! Let hope they will be available.

I was planning a brunch wedding reception, but since our wedding was planned in less than two months a lot of caterers were already booked. Although Russian Doll was booked on our date, she offered to make all of our food the night before so we could pick it up and reheat right before the event. I was worried that it wouldn't taste right since a lot of catered breakfasts taste bland anyway, but that was not the case. Everything tasted awesome! The food was popped in the oven and placed in the chaffing dishes, and no one could tell that it was made the night before. Everyone did not show up so we should have had leftovers, but people went back for seconds (and some thirds) and there was nothing left. I would definitely use her again when I have another event.
