Blinds 4 U

I was told the shutters that I purchased had a lifetime warranty. I called because part of the plastic came off on the shutter. The owner said that there is no warranty, and the shutters he sold me were from a manufacturer he does not use. I have the to pay his installers as a side job to fix it. He would not even look at the shutter. 600 dollars down the drain vary unprofessional. Purchase date 2/23/2015 Update after placing my review I was contacted and told they would fix my shutters. They came and did as they said the repair was sloppy but I'm glad they fixed it
