Horrible experience with this company. Not only did the owner fail to deliver our spa covers he had the audacity to tell customers we don't pay our bills. We had so many chargebacks as a result of Robert our bank account was CLOSED. Since then, it's been six months plus and we've had to pay out of pocket to remake almost one dozen covers that have had poor workmanship and inferior foam. Robert, make another slanderous statement about me or my company and I'll slap you with such a lawsuit your kids will be paying me. The few thousand dollars of receivables we have shouldn't affect your business, it speaks volumes of your ability to run a successful business. I've been in business 16 years longer than you and I'll watch you fold too........................
