We were referred to Kassie by a friend and she did not disappoint! My family and I were moving from San Francisco and worked with Kassie for the right home for us in Orange County. She went above and beyond for us and was able to help us from afar until we met eventually in person! Kassie is a true blessing, made the process less stressful than it normally would considering the fact we were 400 miles away! She works around the clock, is super responsible, knowledgeable, and professional. Any time we found a place that interested us, Kassie would personally take a look, video with us and meet with us at the home. Honestly, you wont find a more genuine, hard working and experienced agent. The thing I love about her is that she understood when I needed more explanation or help. Me and my wife purchased our first home here in LA and without Kassie that would not have been possible. She went above and beyond expectations. At first she drove us the first month looking at homes and worked her schedule around us to make it easier. When our offer was accepted, we were in escrow for 6 months and Kassie assured us everything would work out smoothly. She bargained for us and got us a great deal! We are forever grateful for her hard work and for always being there with us through each step in the process. When we were moving in we didnt rent a uhaul and she let us use her truck to move all our big items in our apartment. She really does care about her clients and we consider her family. After using the service of another realtor, who was unable to sell my home after one year, I decided to give Kassie Yamamoto and Karen Kuit an opportunity. I did not regret my decision to trust them with the sell of my million dollar home in Walnut, California. They worked diligently and did something that is unheard of for a realtor, they actually came out and helped me paint some of the rooms in my home!!! They also suggested ways to present the home so it would be more appealing to potential buyers. Needless to say, after just a few weeks my home sold! They worked very hard to take care of the many small details to make the transition from seller to buyer come to fruition. As a buyer, Kassie and Karen also took me to look at many homes several times. They made themselves available when I wanted to look at homes rather than when it was convenient for them. My previous agent only wanted to look at home during the evening or when it was convenient for him. Kassie is fairly new to the industry but what she lacks in experience she makes up for in her sheer eagerness to do all that she can to get the job done and accommodate her clients.
