        Edit: After the reply, they have since addressed the issues. I have eaten there at least five times since then and have not seen the heart of the lettuce being used in their salads. Will update if this is a temporary change or a long term fix. Thank you for the excellent service and response Miguel's Jr. The food is good with moderate prices. My biggest issue is with the lettuce. They insist on using the entire head of lettuce. Which means they will toss in the heart and center of the lettuce. This is impossible to clean and is the nastiest part of the lettuce. Nowhere else uses the center or stem of the lettuce.
