        My husband and I went here El Pollo Loco in Riverside near the Plaza. We walked in and needed to use the restroom. I asked for the code and was told the restroom is for customers only and if we were going to buy anything! I said we were thinking about it. She wouldnt give me the code. So we left and went to El Toritos across the way and had a great dinner. We are both elderly and pulled up in a brand new car. I dont think this is the way to treat potential customers or anyone for that matter. I would never go back to this place! By the looks of most of the reviews we didnt miss anything.
