I was last here 2 years ago, my favorite person was a lady named sandy, she ran a DBT group with another guy but I forgot his name but I always thought he was super nice. This place really helped me a lot when I was in a abusive relationship and helped me address my PTSD. Honestly I miss the days where I went here because it was always my favorite day of the week. My therapist was an amazing one and I instantly felt safe with her. Sadly she left to work with adults but she really helped my mental health. Id give this place a shot if youre trying to get better or need assistance. Just communicate your needs and be honest.

If I could give this place O starts I would, if you have kids with behavior problems and thats is making you stress, trust me this program will bring you more problems than solutions, go trough your own private insurance, they are inexperienced here, therapist are trainees and have no idea what they are doing. If i knew my experience at this place was going to be so stressful, problematic and mental draining, I would have never gone there in the first place. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN DONT SEEK FOR HELP HERE!!! they will make your life a living nightmare!

From my experience, there are quite a bit of people who work there that are trying with the tools they have available. Mental health is just not a priority in our system its heavily underserved. We have to make it a priority, that will take some time. We have to be the advocates for our kids, ourselves and our families who are affected by mental health challenges. Try looking into what your insurance companies can offer, try another office, or any other private practices if you are not getting the services you need now. Look into books that can help with tips or exercises for the challenge you face. This may sound silly but maybe even limiting screen time to be more present can help as there is so much negative material anymore. Its helped my family. I completely understand the frustration when it comes to getting the help you need in this category. Its difficult. Hope you can find the assistance you need.
