Enerje Wellness has been a supportive tool for my everyday life. From learning and incorporating mindfulness and Self-care routines I have learned to deal with everyday stressors. It was difficult before and with others therapist I felt like they didnt provide tools I could use everyday. I definitely recommend.

I scheduled three appointments with them and they were no shows each time. They rarely answer their phone line and btw Im a new customer - unacceptable.

Enerje staff is amazing! So caring, knowledgeable, relatable and professional. You can just feel the vibe of care and wanting you to be your best self through the loving, patient, focused attention in our sessions. And if you get to work with therapist, Ms. Pugh you are WINNNNNING !!! She truly puts your interest at heart, but also has a way of making me feel empowered , encouraged and accountable to trust myself , my own strengths and tools to feel more joy in my life. Thx, Ms. .P!!!
