Worst place ever lady was so rude she was on her personal call saying ugh how busy it was and that she was even question why she was late, anyways she wasted my time and extremely rude i went to get a loan i had everything they requested just to be denied cause i dont have direct deposit. Thats ahould be listed on the list ifnthings required! She was very unprofessional! She shouldnt be answering personal calls while shes with customers!!

Very annoying place to go to cash your check. This is why I hate checks because of places like this they refuse to call my employer to verify my check because the hours on Google are wrong so their policy is that they have to listen to Google only according to Karina. This is ridiculous and a waste of time when I know for a fact that Google is incorrect and the business is 24 hours and the owner has not updated anything on the business so I want to know where this policy lies because I wouldve never came here if I wouldve known that so I wasted my gas and time at this place just for them to get upset when I ask for information I even asked if they can give me any information for anything like to do with the policy and Karina told me for what with an attitude. And then Gracie was trying to ask what kind of information Im looking for in the application and I wanted to get an application, but Karina refused to give one to me and told Gracie no dont give her an application. I was like wow OK so now I have to call the complaint number because Karina didnt wanna do her job and she was too lazy to lift her finger to dial a number to try to see if my boss will answer which Im sure she wouldve never done because the easiest thing is to say no and thats what lazy people do so unprofessional.
