        I had my Lexus service clearly explained to me and my service advisor was friendly and pleasant. Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. In fact, Frank helped guide me into their service bay. Inspite of this dealership undergoing a major renovation, I was comfortable while waiting. The service was done well and I left the dealership feeling good. I received the paperwork of the completed service. I plan to continue bringing my vehicle to Lexus of Riverside for future servicing.
