        The self help at 3535 10th St. was bitter sweet. First the security is wonderful. Very gentle and helpful lady. I visited at 9:15 am on Friday, Dec. 5,2019. The female at the front desk was absolutely HORRIBLE( I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She wore glasses, hispanic, Brown teeth. She was rude, interruptive and sarcastic. She seemed to get her kicks from upsetting people. She offered the WRONG advice and her only option was to get rid of the citizen in need. I demanded to speak with the actual attorney who was so helpful. Her name is Alexandria. She not only listened but gave some wonderful options for me and assisted with the forms and proper wording. If you have to visit "self help" please immediately ask from the lawyer on hand NOT the inconsiderate and unknowledgeable front desk clerk.
