        After going to 2 different T-Mobile stores and calling T-Mobile customer service also going all the way to an Apple store l in Rancho Cucamonga CA. No one was able to figure out the situation to my daughters phone Apple said it was T-Mobile service the associates at T-Mobile store couldn't figure it out kept having the buck went back and forth to T-Mobile store and Apple store. I called this store explained the situation and the Female said it's hard to diagnose the situation she got off at 6pm we would have to make by then for her to look at it. Went to the store my teenage daughter was very frustrated no one could figure it out. We got there and learned the person I spoke to was Samantha and right away she said I kinda know what is the problem so she was fixing it and my daughter right away said "they already tried switching the SIM Chip." I calmed her down and one thing stuck out to me was Samantha said " if I can't fix it it will give me motivation to try to fix it and figure out the problem." I could tell she goes above and beyond to help customers and not just go off what the computer says to do to diagnose the situation. Samantha was able to fix it and it made my daughter so happy and my daughter was very excited her iPhone was finally fixed after 2 weeks of other workers that just said it's the phone it doesn't work. Also said I tried everything I don't know what's wrong with it it's probably just a difected phone.

        Scary location Always homeless out front on the Tyler side cooking up drugs Dont feel safe going to this store The manager should call police to not let them loiter out front . Lazy manager

        I always paid in person with them in the store, sadly T-mobile got greedy and wanted me to do it all online otherwise it would have cost me another extra $5 just to help pay my phone bill on time. What a way to lose customers.
