        WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!! They added a driver (a person who does not have a drivers license) to my policy WITHOUT my permission and charged me $329 additional the next billing cycle. After I called, signed an exclusion waiver, and was told he was taken off the policy they refused to refund the money. One month later they withdrew $329. from bank account a second time!! Yuriana did nothing to make this right. I was directed to call corporate and they were just as rude. How can I be charged for someone who doesnt have a drivers license?!
