        Wonderful experience! The office kept me informed of the estimated arrived time for our tech. Our tech Drew texted me his estimated arrival time and was right on time. He was here for what I call a well baby check. He introduced himself and was very professional. He wore shoe covers while in the house. He explained everything he was going to do. Luckily, he found two things that needed to be fixed. Better to fix now now than in the blistering heat of a Riverside summer! I felt very confident that Drew knew his stuff!! We did the repairs and Im very happy. In a time when professionalism and great customer service seem to be a thing of the past, my faith has been restored! Thank you Magnolia Heating & Cooling and especially, Drew, job well done!!
