On July 3, 2021, I contacted Staycool late in the evening. Although it was the night before the 4th of July, Brian came and worked on my airconditioner. He got the unit to work but it was not an easy fix. My 17 year old unit was shot. I have heard horror stories of the cost of replacing an air conditioner, so I was happy my insurance covered the replacement. Brian installed a new unit within days after working with my insurance. One year later and to my surprise Staycool contacted me to schedule maintenance which didnt cost anything. I was so happy with this service that in 2022, I had a 30 year old air conditioner and heating unit installed by Staycool in my second home. In April, 2023, my second air conditioner went out at my primary home. Once again Brian worked with my insurance company in obtaining a new one. He has gotten me the best prices and long term warranty for all the units. Believe me when I tell you, I shopped around and read comments on several Facebook community pages. I love the service, cost, and integrity of Staycool. Brian does excellent work. Did I mention his assistant? Well, Nicole is there to assist you and answer any questions you may have. She is pleasant and will quickly returns your call. This is an excellent and outstanding family owned business with integrity. My health and busy schedule prevented me from commenting about it sooner, but I am happy to do so. Ive seen the Staycool van driving close to my community at which time I thought to myself, someone is in good hands. I have and will always recommend this business to others. I highly recommend Stay Cool. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate us same day. After shopping around they gave us hands down the best price. While others said we needed a whole new unit. Brian was very honest and professional. He was able to repair our unit in under two hours. Thank you Brian for your great service!

Very happy I found this company! I called this morning for a preventative maintenance service, and Nicole was able to fit me in the same day! The owner himself came out and was very thorough, kind and PATIENT (as my husband had a ton of questions, that Brian seemed to enjoy answering and taking with him about). We have a 35 year old house with duct issues so Brian willingly got his ladder and went up in the attic crawl space to investigate! And then held the ladder so my hubby could see for himself. So far Brian has offered some really good solutions, that give us hope. He already showed he's willing to go above & beyond. In a world where many people are afraid of getting ripped off, you don't have to worry about that with StayCool Airflow. Thank you Brian & Nicole for running an honest company!
