I called nextgen out due to a leak . We had determined it was not a sprinkler and needed leak detection . Two different guys came out and said it was the main after digging a good size hole in front of walkway and side of walkway . They was not sure if there were two leaks and said the pvc glue needed to dry overnight and they would not cover the hole . I called and text one of them in the 8:30 am to let them know the hole had water in it after keeping the main off 15 hours and I was worried it had the second leak. They came out at 2:00 pm (mind you we already paid them 1,860 for the job ) they did some test and said there was no more leaks . They would come out the next day at end of day to cover the hole because he did not want to get dirty first thing in am . Nobody showed up so I text the guy again and he said he was coming it would be late I said ok it needs to be covered its a risk and I could not fill it in I have an arm injury . Nobody ever showed up that night or the next day or EVER. Its bad business to not complete a job you started . Its not cheap to pay for this stuff . I was patient with them throughout the job . The communication was off with these guys as it was one said one thing then the other said another . No need to take advantage of a woman .

Our water heater took a nose dive and we decided to call a few places. NexGen responded promptly and was at the house within an hour and a half. Jose was professional and polite and tried to fix it, but it was a total loss and needed to be replaced. Thank you for your timeliness, professionalism, and pleasant working attitude. Do not go with nex gen too expensive they only replace and dont do any repairs theyre a commission based company. Take your time get different quotes and do your research it will save you thousands of dollars. Just a word of advice.
