        Hotel is placed in a great spot of Riverside, where its a center of all entertainment and great restaurants. Dedicated parking spot is conveniently located in a backyard of the hotel, however, its not free and will cost additional. But its great to know that its close and its somewhat secure. Maybe it was the timing that wasnt right, however, the 5th floor renovation caused a lot of noises (not only in daytime, but also in the evening). Its important to note that hotel front desk tried their best to alleviate the situation by locating my room to 3rd floor, but the noise was inevitable. Complimentary breakfast was provided, and I think its one of the freshest breakfast (Egg scrambles were top notch, sausages were well prepped and especially Juices and Coffees were fresh). Noteworthy details: As of 2024, mid March, the hotel is going through renovation in 5th floor

        Room was okay, they are renovating. The breakfast was really good! Beds were comfortable & clean. Homeless people were always hovering the door to get in from the parking lot. BE AWARE PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED & IS 25$ to park in their own parking lot that was a big shock. Was there for 3 days & the TV reception did not work like ever.

        The Indian male front desk associate with the eye disability was the most rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly person I have ever met. I am a World of Hyatt member and I have never had a bad experience with any of the Hyatt locations. I politely asked for the WiFi details so that I could conduct my business as a remote worker. This man spoke to me to me with such disgust and refused to give me the password and told me I wasn't allowed to sit in the lobby and use my laptop. He should not be working the front desk nor should he be working in the hospitality industry. I will never visit this location ever again.
