This place was very bad for me, I paid for a repair and it never came I can't go to complain personally to the person who sent them to them because I'm not close to the place right now.

This place does not care about the customer, my husband ordered a bouquet today 2/14/24 and they agreed to deliver it to the home at 2 in the afternoon and it never arrived on time and I went to tell them and they told me it has already been delivered... Well, in the end they delivered it to me until they closed and they took me what they wanted, not what was ordered, this one I have on the cover, my husband bought it last time right there and now it turns out that they don't make that type of arrangements, I don't understand 0 stars Thank you to God the competition is at

Negative -1,000,000,000 stars!! I am beyond disgusted with the customer service I received. The lady who works there is super rude and mean!! My boyfriend bought me a bouquet from her for Valentine's day. It was waaay overpriced for some simple red roses in a vase and she charged him $120. The flowers died in less than 48 hours so I called to complain and she said, "You did not take care of them properly and you killed them! It's not my problem anymore and your boyfriend should be the one calling to complain, not you." then click! She hung up the phone on me so I called her back. She acted dumb, pretending like she didn't speak English. Luckily, I speak Spanish so I spoke to her in Spanish. She started yelling and cussing at me and hung up on me again!! That FUCKING BITCH!!!! I called her back and she wouldn't answer so I kept blowing her up until she finally answered. I cussed her out, told her off and hung up on her!!! I can't believe how this situation escalated so quickly. Like wtff is her problem?!! She has some serious anger issues and has THEEEEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, A LIAR AND A THIEF!!!!!!!!! Her flowers are CHEAPASS FUCK and the lilies NEVER opened up!!! I am forced to give 1 star but she deserves negative -1,000,000,000 stars!!!
