This McDonald's drive thru is always packed. By the time you pay and get your food its cold especially at nights. There needs to be another McDonalds built a mile away.

Their drive thru service makes no sense. They kept taking the other lanes order and not mine. And the cashier knew I was there because she told me to hold. But went on with other peoples order on the next lane.

They never actually Flurry the MCFlurry, they just put soft serve in a cup and throw toppings on top. They do not put it through the McFlurry machine to blend it like they are supposed to. Happened to me twice in the drive through and today I saw them not flurry 4 of them and pass them to customers in the dining room. When I asked the employee about it and he said "Well we are busy so..." as if that response justifies it. So if a McFlurry doesnt get flurried when they are busy what else do they skip out on. Horrible quality assurance and poor training of the employee's. Management needs to pay more attention to what the workers are doing.

Felt bad for employees Slammed busy All were awesome but just a mess in there Not managers fault as he was over working Girl in red with Airpods. Awesome Next to her in grey crossing off receipts with her nails Took 45 minutes to get food Fillet fish under cooked and COLD Ice cream cone girl grabs with her hands no napkin then wipes hands on pants Then gets food again no gloves Felt bad for employees Xmas working and over worked Owner needs to get Act together Take care if your employees 17 people inside waiting All confused No structure No plan Again not managers fault. Guy was all over place 8pm 12/25 Waste of time. Money. Not sanitized Food cold

Cold fries that appear to be sitting out for an hour. Burger buns are hard and cold. Burgers requested without onions have more like if we had requested extra. This is not the first time either. Because we live close we go there out of convenience, but at this time in lieu of ruining our families love of our favorite fries and burgers we will opt to go to a McDonalds thats a little further out.
