Dr. Dysinger and his colleagues are excellent Lifestyle Medicine physicians. Our family trusts their caring highly skilled expertise and their health-focused groups are informative and helpful too.

As a longtime vegan raw foodist in excellent health, I was nonetheless elated to come across Lifestyle Medical.  Their overall philosophy of empowering patients to take charge of their own health through diet and lifestyle practices really resonates with me.  I love that the doctors are trained in both lifestyle management and traditional medicine (though they aim to wean patients off of pharmaceuticals whenever possible).  It's also wonderful that they offer both in-person and virtual appointments. Today I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Ryan Herring via Zoom.  Dr. Herring is personable, compassionate, and attentive.  He truly took the time to connect with me and understand a medical decision I've been grappling with, drawing from his multifaceted background in allopathic medicine, public health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.  His insights and advice gave me a sense of peace regarding my decision, and for that I am grateful.  Elizabeth in the front office is very caring and helpful too.I would most definitely feel comfortable working with Dr. Herring and Lifestyle Medical in the future if ever my husband (this review was written by Erik's wife) or I needed medical attention.  I have no doubt that we would be in excellent, capable hands.  It's an incredible relief to know there are such doctors available.

This place totally mislead us. My daughter was sick her doctor was on vacation. We were referred to this place by a close friend my wife called to see if they accepted our insurance. They said yes, accepted our insurance so we took my daughter there. Today over a year later we get a bill for 400 dollars because they now say we are out of network. Beware of these people they are liars. Check with your insurance provider before you visit this office. Shame on you Lifestyle Medical and Dr. Villarosa.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and should've left this review sooner. I have a fairly complicated medical history and have been to many health professionals over the years.  This one is refreshingly different.  They treat you as if they actually care about you, and your health.  They go the extra mile to tailor a plan, specific to your circumstances and needs, and they stay with you until they find what 'works' for you. I like their philosophy to try natural avenues first, while incorporating other essential  mainstream methods as well. The fact that I am able to have telehealth appointments when possible is important to me, and the Elation Passport email communication tool also works quite effectively. If you want to be involved in your primary care, and want to know you're being heard by your doctor, you really should give Lifestyle Medical a try.
