We updated our trust with Richard Pershing and were very happy with the service!
Mr. Pershing examined at our prior trust, explained what could be updated as both the law and our financial situation have changed.
As we proceeded, he answered all of our many questions patiently, and advised us clearly on how to meet our goals for the trust.
The work product included a detailed binder with the trust laid out in sections and clear instructions on how to approach adding additional assets to the trust and how to pursue other changes going forward.
