Attorney Horton helped me in the past with my IRS Tax issues, I called attorney Horton again when my grandfather passed to handle the probate of his estate. I knew nothing about the probate process or estate planning for that matter. Attorney Horton was amazing! He is the kindest lawyer I know. David has now helped me with my own estate planning. I am so glad I found you.

This "lawyer" aka "ambulance chaser" was very rude and unprofessional. Even after sending an email, apparently, my case was too unimportant for him that I had to call in to get a response. There was no sensitivity or compassion understanding the devastation of the matter that caused me to call in. He wrote us off as petulant children for fighting for a dignified and proper resolution to our matter. He didn't even attempt to try to provide any possible details or insight that could make the case stronger. He just wrote us off as "unwinnable", insulting us by stating that the court wouldn't even entertain such a thing. Well, thank you for desecrating the memory of our loved one! Just an absolute PIG of a person!
If you're a desperate family defending your loved one, don't contact this guy. He's more concerned about his wallet than compassionately helping others through a difficult and painful moment in their lives. Absolutely disgusting, awful experience! Wish I NEVER contacted this thug.

And as you can see in his unhinged reply, he lies and refuses to take responsibility. A normal reply would be an apology and an invitation to discuss where they went wrong so as to improve services for future clients, but they turn to abusive, stalking behavior - committing character assassination and slander, which is very low class and a huge waste of time, considering how many cases they allegedly came to have.
I don't think you'd need any further proof as to how you'd be treated if you dare come to them. Very pathetic.
