Working with this company is an absolute complete waste of time and money. DO NOT ever order clothing through these guys. This business is ran by incompetent, unethical buffoons who can never do anything on time and should not be allowed to even have a business license. If you want your products done incorrectly and completed 4 months late definitely hire these guys. They still owe me money that they won't get back to me on. AVOID these guys, you'll thank me later

I was the victim of a coup. I paid for original products and received the worst quality fake products in the world. This company should be closed for deceiving people and providing pirated products. They delayed the order by 2 months. Now they blocked me from social networks and did not respond to my e-mails. I am in search of the competent authorities in the hope of being compensated for the damage they have caused me.

I do not recommend working with this company. Our first few orders were great, but on the last order I did not receive the hat that I ordered and was invoiced for. The embroidery was great, but the hat was not the Yupoong hat I ordered, it was replaced with a lower quality hat. I was told (by a nameless employee, no one signs any email) they have a deal with Yupoong to sew on the hats before they are put together. I spoke to Yupoong and they said they do not offer that service to anyone other than their own custom program, and their hats would have their logos. When I tried to call I got a left voicemail, my call was never returned, WI emailed to ask for a manager to call or email, and never was able to speak with anyone other than the anonymous emailer. First I was told "they are good hats what can't you offer your client a discount", then it was "I have spoken with management countless time and they are not willing to re do the hats." I was never told they were going to use a different hat, and the problem is they do not look or fit like the previous order that our client loved. Needless to say I am not happy with eh product or service and will not use or recommend Superior MFG.

The reviews about this business are 100% accurate. My experience with them was terrible. The order was over a month late. they ignore you when you try to get some type of update on an order, and the worst of it all the quality of there products are TERRIBLE. I wasted almost a grand here. I wish I could have received a refund or some type of discount towards a future order, but nothing was offered. Stay clear from this business! I promise you!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. WE'VE PLACED OUR ORDER OVER TWO MONTHS AGO (MIND YOU THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE OUR MONEY)AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER. WE'VE EMAILED/CALLED AND THEY GIVE US THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER AGAIN, "LET ME TALK TO MANAGEMENT/PRODUCTION" . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
