Attended a wedding in riverside recently and needed emergency dry cleaning and alteration. Vanwood came through for me and did a great job at a great price. Will definitely come back whenever i am in the area.

Came to trim my shirt in length, paid double for then to finish the shirt in the same day and once pickup the threads fell apart, lines werent straight and took way longer than expected. Wouldnt ever go here again.

Ive done dry cleaning here twice. The first time was great, but the second time my wool pants returned un-zippable. I had to put some lubricant on the zipper just to zip it a little it. The lub left grease stain on the pants of course. The zipper is still tight when I took it back to the store and the store owner refuse to take responsibility. I would stay away.

I had to get a patch for my uniform sewn on very quickly, so I took it in at 8am and they had it ready for me before 3:30pm!!! It came out perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better job. This is the best place to take any alterations, tailoring, anything you need! They'll do the best they possibly can EVERY TIME! Very very highly recommend.

Racial profiling at its best!I brought a few coats in a couple of weeks ago I asked for price a few times as she changed her price a few times but at the end gave me a specific price. I walked in today to grab my coats and was getting charged 25$ more when I asked why the employee rudely said because the other employee gave me the incorrect price. I specifically asked them 3x when I walked in for the price. The money wasn't the issue it was the treatment. After I payed she asked if I knew English I said of course she then asked  "properly"I have a Bachelors in science and think it was beyond disrespectful and distasteful for those comments to be thrown why because they got the price wrong and I was speaking Spanish to my daughter previously. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
