A physical for a job took 2.5 hours!!!! Ridiculous. I had no idea this would take this much time and no notice was given that I would have to return a second time for a TB reading within a mandatory 48 hours. Absolutely stunned at how long it took.

The young front desk girl is rude and takes forever to do her job. I came in for a tb test and had to wait for a long time for them to just check my hand of my tb test. The girl made me wait for my actual time to check my hand like its gonna make a difference and even after my time still had to wait a 1 hr just to quickly check my hand.

I took my son here for an appointment. We were asked to wear a mask upon entering the building and then I was asked to leave the building because I didn't have an appointment. My son pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to stay. She stated there are no exceptions and he can't wait in the waiting room but has to wait outside. There were no other people in the room, plus I was wearing a mask. As far as I know Riverside does not have a Mask Mandate! Were they being rude or discriminatory, because of the fact that I am Black! I've experienced that a lot since I moved to Riverside 3 years ago! Discrimination runs rampant!
