PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!! I was waiting in the waiting room only 5 mins ..but the actually patient room 25 mins. When she FINALLY came in she was in and out in literally 5.34 mins...If I could attach a picture of the timer on my I would. She didn't wear gloves, she never touched my skin and the WORST part is she not listening to what my concerns were. I have had 23 moles removed, so I'm used to being looked at and having spots removed. 2 previous moles on my back were postive for cancer.... With a prior Dr those were removed through several visits. 1 of the removal was almost a skin graft. Young (as I will NOT give her the respect of calling her Dr) told me and I quote " that was years ago and times have changed, if I was to see your chart I would believe you". So i guess ALL of my scars are just to show how tough I am???? NO!!!!! She then proceeded to tell me that I would have to go get my charts fom the Dr's who removed them and bring them in so she could verify. WOW!!!! Guess you don't want to ask your PAID staff to do their jobs..... Oh that's right since she doesn't do her job , then why should they.
I have a mole that has been scraped off by accident and now is the size of a pea and rock hard on my face. She wouldn't even address that issue. How this woman is STILL in practice is beyond me. Actively looking at going to another clinic and leaving Riverside Medical FOREVER!!!!!!!! Shame on you for allowing Young to treat patients with obivious issues and concerns with the ignorgance of a wall..... Flat and HARD!!!!!
