I had bad experience there. The so called doctor was super unprofessional. I was a Kaiser referral. I was there to consult a mole on my foot and not decide to remove it. The doctor said it was a normal one and not harmful but he still removed it before I could make response. To be more precise, his student removed it. I felt I was a mouse as an experiment sample in a lab. I was not respected. And now I got a big hole on my foot, ugly and painful. Patient should not be treated like that.

If I could give zero stars I would. My visit was on June 1. I felt more like a specimen than a patient. I was a Kaiser referral. I told my doctor at Kaiser I will never ever ever go back there again. He told me all my concerns were benign. When I went back to Kaiser, one of my concerns was a pre-cancerous lump on my nose, and when Dr. Nguyen was examining me, he pointed that I had a bruise on my leg and Im thinking really Colombo? Did you learn that in school. Never ever go there again , he had three so-called doctors in there. Why? Very unprofessional. I also asked one of the girls if I could have a print out of what they did while I was there. And they said sure will mail it to you and here it is almost 4 months later and I still havent gotten it . Avoid this place at all costs.

Striving to provide the highest quality of care in in dermatology and general cosmetic surgery Lmao! BEWARE especially if you are a kaiser referral. Sandra the burnt out nurse is very unprofessional and unethical and lacks any sense of compassion.. she probably would make s great oil technician at jiffy lube if they place her under the cars changing oil. She told me because I missed one appointment I would not be able to get my meds that were due today until I see the dr which will be in about 2 months . And to top it off she does not know how to do scheduling and they dont have any samples . Guys re consider and advocate for your self to avoid this place . All it takes is one bad apple named Sandra to ruin the whole bunch.
