Riverside Community College Culinary Academy

At bfast. Took over an hour before we were informed they were out of 1 of our orders. When food arrived it was tepid cold. Total chaos! The inmates were running the asylum. The instructor in charge was clearly not training or giving guidance the students on how to serve. If it were a real restaurant he/she would be fired.as I think he/she should.

So very disappointing.. I have eaten breakfast and lunch on other occasions and enjoyed the food and the experience. Today was not good.. after waiting an hour our waiter came over and told me they were out of what I had ordered.. when I finally received a different order it was tepid and bland. We were told it was a problem due to transitioning from experienced students to new students.. They obviously had not anticipated this nor planned for it.

Excellent prices ! Talented chef's. You're served gormet meals at cost. Can't get any better than this.

I love coming here with my coworkers for lunch. I would say I'm a regular with my squad- probably come in at least once a week, and I'm constantly encouraging people to try it out and support education. Plus where else can you go find a decent priced meal? Especially now more than ever. Some highlights for me... *weekly rotating menu *the soup *helping people get educated in culinary arts Yes, this is a school with students learning so be mindful sometimes they get slammed and maybe food or things don't always come out in a timely manner, but they do their best! And sometimes things aren't always consistent (temp of soup, or overly seasoned or under seasoned food etc.) BUT I still give this place 5 stars!
