Unprofessional. I called to ask where location is as I was having a hard time finding it. The lady that answered asked why I needed it, what for. .. Um maybe to get something fixed as your listed as a computer repair store on google. . ? I definitely went elsewhere!

The lead technician (which I believe is the owner) charged me $29 for a computer diagnostic. This is quite pricey and I was willing to pay it to support a non big tech repair store. However my computer was diagnosed with multiple faulty keys and a busted USB; this diagnostic turned out to be COMPLETELY WRONG. As soon as I got home I rebooted my computer and it worked fine. I have emailed them about a refund and have yet to receive a response. This lack in customer service is dreadful to say the least. Will not recommend or come back here for the rest of my time in Riverside. Edit: Since posting this review 3 years ago, I have yet to receive my refund. I have tried contacting the business multiple times when I have been in town but the owner is always too busy. I have even asked to be Zelled to make things easier but he insisted on giving me money in person. I remember one time I just showed up at the office demanding my refund and he said hed go to the bank and be right back and just left. No integrity and no sympathy for college students. Before coming here just try to fix it on your own to prevent being scammed like me.
