I've known Dr. Dovorany since 2015, when his clinic was based in Green Bay, WI. Being under his care for the past 8 years, I can confidently say he's nothing short of amazing. His professionalism, extensive knowledge about scoliosis, and intelligent approach to treatment makes him stand out. He's been incredibly helpful throughout my journey, and I'm grateful to have such a dedicated and skilled doctor guiding me.I attribute the relief from my back pain, and the avoidance of surgery, to the exceptional care provided by Dr. Dovorany. His expertise and thoughtful approach have been instrumental in my well-being. Grateful for the effective and non-surgical solutions he's guided me through. Five stars for a doctor who truly makes a positive impact!

It makes me super sad to have to write this review. After so much time and money invested in Dr. Dovorany and his clinic I feel sadden at being taken advantage of. We drove over 800 miles one way to come and see him. We were so excited and eager to meet him and see what he had to offer for my daughters scoliosis. The first day he was eager to accept payment. Their website says they accept care credit, however Dr. Dovorany told me he does not accept it. That would have been really nice to know before we got there. He also let us know on the first day our activity suit would be shipped to our house and be there Friday afternoon. He said it would be there before we got home and ready for us. Fast forward to Friday he said her suit would take a little bit longer than expected but should be there soon. I asked him about our x-rays we took Thursday after her boot camp session and he told me he didn't have a chance to review but I would be getting a few emails from him containing her home therapy program, in in-depth review of her x-ray, and heath insurance claim forms to submit to our insurance. I have send multiple messages to Dr. Dovorany about where her activity suit is, as we still have not received it 3 weeks later. His reply is its on backorder shouldn't be too much longer. He never responds about her x-rays. His response for the health insurance claim form is... I will get it sent over. I have yet to receive the heath insurance claim form, the email about the x-ray, or the activity suit for my daughter. It makes me sad that we wasted so much time and money and put our faith and trust in Dr. Dovorany. I am sad for my daughter that we were taken advantage of. I am really disappointed in how this clinic is run and hope others will take my review seriously before they decide to invest time and money here. I urge those parents to try and find treatment elsewhere because this is not a clinic that stands by their word or what they say. They only care about your money and once they have that, everything else is out the window. I can only hope he tries to make it right. Money is tight with everyone now days with the rising costs and inflation. The amount of money we invested in Dr. Dovorany was a lot and at this point I only feel like we were scammed.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Dovorany for 4 years now. We first started seeing him in Wisconsin. We have followed him to California because of how awesome he been for her. He has given us hope for her to have a bright future without limitation and pain. Taking my daughter to him for treatment was the best decision I ever made.

As a very active, fitness-oriented female, I was devastated when diagnosed 8 years ago with "severe adult idiopathic scoliosis""...I was told by several orthopedics that surgery was eventually inevitable, which I refused to accept or believe...after much research, I learned about the ScoliSMART "methods" for scoliosis, none of which involve surgery, but are focused on brain and spine "re-training"...The Scoliosis Activity Suit has helped strengthen my spine and eliminate my back pain , and when I learned that Dr. Dovorany had opened an office in Aliso Viejo, CA, close to my home, I decided to look into ScoliSmart Bootcamp...which i wish i had done sooner, as i continue to be amazed at how my back has "responded" to the treatment !! Dr. D answered all my questions and concerns about Boot Camp, and I felt comfortable moving forward with the 1 week program...I am now 7 weeks post- Boot Camp, continuing my at-home "routine", and am not only feeling stronger and straighter, but am physically seeing results! Thank you Dr. Dovorany, I am grateful for your work in developing these non-invasive treatment methods for scoliosis...I am so relieved and excited that I can continue my active, fitness lifestyle, thanks to ScoliSMART Clinics!

The ScoliSMART approach to scoliosis may not be new, but it was new to us. We took a huge leap of faith. But going through the camp and having Dr. Dovorany walk us through the ScoliSmart treatment really helped put my mind at ease. He knows what hes doing. The amount of research hes put into treating scoliosis is incredible. Hes great with the kids, too. My daughter felt very comfortable. Dr. D continuously checked on the kids and the equipment, making adjustments as necessary. The last day, he took the time to thoroughly go over how to use the equipment and made sure we felt comfortable enough to do it on our own at home. He also spoke in depth with us about scoliosis-more specifically my daughters curve. He helped me understand exactly what her spine is doing and how the trainer and suit can help. The office is very nice. Its in a beautiful town close to many conveniences. The best part is its 15 min to the beach. We went to camp each morning and the beach each afternoon! If you are looking for an alternative treatment to bracing, you have to consider ScoliSMART. If you already know youd like to try it, consider Dr. Dovoranys office in CA. The location is beautiful, and Dr. D is top notch!
