Was ok. Lady at receiving desk super nice. Got to dock then took 1hr before someone came to offload. Prepare to spend at LEAST 2hrs there

Our company has been using UFP since 2009, and we couldn't be happier! The quality of the material we buy is excellent and always on time. Our inside salesman Marcus is friendly, professional, responds to any request immediately, and always strives to make sure that we are taken care of. I would highly recommend UFP.

Carl is the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I have ever met and had the opportunity to deal with. He goes the extra mile and is always looking for way to improve my experience and has even gone so far as to provide me with cost savings idea which have saved our company money by using different types of wood products. UFP Packaging is very blessed to have an employee like Carl working for them. He goes the extra mile and only focuses on customer service and making sure we are completely satisfied with the products we purchase from UFP. I get calls from many other wood companies, but Carl is the reason why we are purchasing from UFP.
