About a month ago I went into the store and was dissatisfied with the customer service, but today I went in and was beyond satisfied with how I was treated. She helped me and went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. There were amazing deals and also made sure to share on them. Definitely will be going in again and recommend all to go there as well!

I went to Francescas in search of a birthday gift for my girlfriend who is super hard to shop for. Angie at Francescas not only helped me pick out two awesome rompers but she hit my girlfriends style right on the nail. Will most definitely come back, Angies awesome!!

Came in had to look through the whole store to find what i was looking for while the 2 workers talked to themselves. Then after i found the dress and am speaking to my girl about things. They finish their conversations and rudely disrupt us to offer help and tell us about the sales. Customer service rude af. It was like an add at an obvious wrong point. There wasn't even a welcome in so it was silence till they disrupted a good conversation 8 minutes in
