RACIST. I was in the merchant services line, There were 2 people in front of me and 4 people in the regular line. I was next and the Asian man that worked September 13 at 4:30pm told me I needed to wait and let the 4 people in the regular line be helped before me (white people waiting in the regular line) I would understand if it was 1 and 1 at a time from each line but 4 ? Plus I was in the Merchant services line, then why even have it open, why not just make it into 1 line all together?? I was the only Mexican there and CLEARLY it was discriminatory behavior. Disgusting! They need to hire non racist.

Dora, the branch manager, is rude and has a bad attitude. I'm curious whether anyone from Bank of America management is checking the reviews because I saw several complaints on Dora more than 8 months ago and it seems she still acting the same. It's about time to do business with Chase or Wells Fargo

Came into the financial center for a simple wire transfer and it took approximately 2 hours to get this process done. Severely understaffed and not very efficient

I went to the bank to cash a $2500 check the business teller handled my transaction I requested cash and towards the end I decided to deposit $100 to my checking account and the teller count the money and handed me the $2400 and I left , couple of day later I was looking at my on line services and I noticed that the teller made a mistake and not deposit the $100 in my account and also showing that I took another $100 from my account! I went back to the bank on September 30 talked to do branch manager and I asked for the mistake and they told me everything is done correctly and the teller accounting is balanced and they assure me that they handed me $2600 which was not true they should have camera that shows the transactions very clearly, now I am short $200 in my account and also she told me that she is going to call me back on Saturday October 1 and never heard back, I am a customer of Bank of America for 40 years , please everybody make sure to watch your transactions, either I am wrong or the bank but I dont understand how at the end of the day their books is balance and I am short $200 from my account , never happened before! Finally the bank agreed and paid me back the $200 that I was short, thanks for the decision! The manager trying hard to keep the customers happy! Thanks again
