I brought my car there for a diagnostic, not related to the transmission. A road test was performed, and they put it up on a lift. They noticed my driver side control arm was actually a passenger control arm. I think they wanted to charge $300 to change it for me. I told them no, I would change it myself, which I did $80. The guy made it sound as if the vehicle was in immediate danger and I shouldn't drive it out of the shop, in my head I was laughing at him because I purchased this vehicle used with 10k miles when I brought the car in it had 130k. The annoying part about the experience, I paid $110 for a diagnostic which still did not solve my original issue. It turned out it was the passenger side wheel bearing and hub that needed replacing. I can't believe they couldn't figure it out from a road test, and putting it up on the lift. Come on man spin the tire!!! Service: Vehicle Inspection
