        Just picked up my car. The service was great. Car was even ready well over a week than the estimate I was given. Great customer service. Osvaldo was the employee who helped me and communicated everything very well! Thank you!

        Shady! My refund for 1000. Is still pending which was made on the 16th. AAA waved my deductible and sent it to George several times. George said don't worry I took care of it. Lied. Made my husband pay the deductible and told AAA I received it, AAA paid for all fees, and over a week later still pending. When they got my car it had a dash cam, they completely took it off and turned the camera around. If they were so paranoid about being watched, I could've removed it. I called them today, they forwarded my calls to corporate! Oh, they take 3 days to do an estimate and you have to pay the fee for the car sitting. It's so hard to find an honest repair shop, and this ain't one. Update We finally received the refund which took over 2 weeks. I guess that was considered resolved for this location. Shady practices are not, and the inconvenience is not. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!
