Extremely disappointed. Dropped the car off on Saturday and I was told the repair is going to take about 7-10 days. (I was initially told 5 days at the inspection) Tried to call them multiple times and left a message since it has been 6 days and no update and they replied to me in an email saying that I haven't dropped my car off. Car was in the parking lot for 6 days and they didn't know. Their explanation is "I hope you had called, I didn't know". I dropped my car and "handed the keys over to the person in the front desk". What kind of a company does not have a process to record it at least? My car was sitting on their parking lot while I'm on a rental for 6 days. No apology. Extremely rude. Nothing's been done to fix this. I am going to request our fleet administration to remove them as a service partner.

They surprised me with the paint job they did for me. I had quotes for $4,000 & up from other shops. When their price was less than 1/2 that we thought it would be good enough to keep the car a few years longer. Their painting work was way beyond or expectations. They even did work on the roof we thought could not be done as its 2 glass moonroofs. Very satisfied!
