        I have been trying to contact there office and Mr. Ramirez for the last week and have had no luck.3 weeks ago I was told I would have an update possibly the following week and I have not heard from anyone it's been a little over 2 years fighting my case. And all I want is what was the decision. Today I will be driving to the location in hoping to get in contact with someone there about my case since day one I have been the one chasing them to get updates.

      Ms Rivera. I’m so sorry you made the comments above. I apologize for any negative experience you believe you’ve had. However, I have over 200 text messages between us where we discussed the reasons for the delay in your case including the fact that it was your desire to get more money out of the case and to try and attach your uninsured motorist policy to cover. Based on that representation we did all we could to effectuate your intent and keep you advised of all relevant findings and occurrences in your case. When you were ready to settle. We settled and effectuated payment in a timely manner. Again. I apologize if a week did pass between contacts and I hope you will review all our personal communications and change your review.
