Victor Marshall Law Office

Yesterday my brother was unable to arrive to yet another court date due to his illness. I called and left numerous messages days before. I was told by the court reporter that Victor stated he was never contacted by us. Do not put your trust into this man. If you have had the misfortune of being assigned Victor Marshall by the courts or have hired his services, I sincerely apologize for your misfortune. The Riverside Court assigned this joke to my disabled brothers felony case. Let's start by stating that Federal Law provides a party to any conversation to record said conversation. Furthermore there should not be any issue with an ethical attorney being recorded by his client. Especially if the client suffers from a neurological condition which prevents him or her from recalling details, dates or information given. The first time Mr. Marshall spoke with my severally disabled brother, he started off with a tasteless joke about him being an attorney longer than he has been alive. He was asked to stop making reference to my brothers short lived and nearly over life. Furthermore this man, if I dare use the term man, told my brother point blank that he did not believe that he was disabled. Did not believe that my brother has optic cancer. WOW!!!! In 8 weeks of being his appointed attorney he did not bother to contact the head of the neurological department at Olive View Hospital to confirm the prognosis, prior to spotting off at the mouth. Simply decided that a 28 year old could not possibly be disabled, must be lying to get off. If anyone reading has ever cared for a disabled person, you can only imagine how disgusting being called a liar for having an incurable disease is. I have never heard of such a joke. He is a scum bag and should attend ethics classes. I will be reviewing this a hole on google, avvo, and will be filing a formal complaint with the state bar for the mistreatment of a client. He actually hung up on my brother when my brother let him know that he will be invoking his Federal right to record all his conversations. Victor Marshall is a liar and a shady character he should be punished for his mistreatment of disabled individuals.
