        the worst management ever. they dont give a damn about the residence.

        Ive lived here for 13 years and I liked the old management better. The new management needs a course in customer service. If you call after hours with a maintenance emergency, such as a backed up toilet, they dont have an emergency phone number listed so you just have to leave a message on their regular voicemail. I thought they had a maintenance person that lived onsite. Not good on following up on email and phone calls. When I wanted to renew my lease, it took me 2 phone calls and one in person visit. Maintenance does not clean up trash left by residents in the main areas. Sometimes, leaves and debris are left by my front door when they clean the sidewalks.

        This will be our second month in the community and its been great. The maintenance crew has been prompt and the community has been welcoming. I love seeing people use the dog park, I do like the gym but it could use a little more variety. Overall we love it here!
