Timeless Real Estate really went above and beyond when it came time to sell my mothers beloved house after her passing. Olivia was a godsend helping us with money from her own pocket to make repairs and improvements on the house using her team of trusted experts. She came in and put new carpet, painted the entire interior, refinished the kitchen cabinets and even fixed some brickwork and damaged gutters on the exterior. To top it off Olivia and her team at Timeless Real Estate came in after all the repairs were completed and beautifully staged the home with furnishings, paintings and new window treatments. Finally, Olivia made a wonderful video and photo montage of the property and made sure it was accessible to everyone in the Real Estate community. The property sold within just a few days after Olivia hosted an open house to allow potential buyers a personal tour of the property. Just cant say enough about Olivia and the kindness, knowledge, integrity and hard work that she showed my family and I when it came time to sell moms cherished home.
