        I use Michael's to open and close two coolers on the roof. Every technician has been very respectful and helpful. I have a lot of confidence in their competence and integrity. I have had to call them back out to resolve an issue and they were quick to respond and resolved the issue completely.

        I'd give 10 stars and a heart.. if I could. Shawn got our old swamp cooler working so much better (our thermostat wasn't working properly, he replaced it and serviced cooler). It was the professionalism for me..on time and thorough work. Very professional and honest business. Happy to have found them. Highly recommend.
