I attended their presentation on the new AB5 law recently and found it very helpful. Bernadette had very clear way to explain the law and was very patient taking questions. Visionova HR Consulting is a very professional Consulting Firm. They put the needs of their clients first in that they are already providing what you need before you know you need it. They are easy to reach and provide a nice array of services. I was invited to a complimentary breakfast briefing and I found it very beneficial and informative. After attending this breakfast briefing I received another invitation to a Webinar that was sponsored by Visionova which I also found very informative and was appreciative of the invite. I thoroughly enjoy working with them.

Every nonprofit should have a talented person in charge of HR. I feel fortunate that Bernadette was supporting that role at the Richmond Art Center. She understood how issues both big and small were impacting the organization, and helped us tackle them. Thanks to her compassion, honesty and years of experience, it never felt overwhelming.
