Harbor Gate Cleaners

The location reeked of cooked fish and food as though they have a kitchen in the back. Seems very off for a place thats supposed to offer a service to clean and refresh someones clothes and business attire. Little to no customer service attitude as the person seemed like I was bothering them by asking for service. I feel like Im being generous by giving them 2 stars but I truly hope they can take this as a sincere suggestion to change their ways and improve As I never feel good giving low stars to a small business.

This cleaners is absolutely horrible! They know nothing about cleaning clothes. They actually pressed over the dirt marks on my slacks, incorrectly wash my sweaters, and half pressed my dress shirts!! Trust me, do not get your clothes cleaned at this cleaners. I understand if you must see for yourself because experience is the best teacher, but once you pickup your clothes you will know exactly what Im talking about.that is if you know and expect quality cleaning.
