        This is the primary clubhouse for the Marina Bay condos. The gym is large, has treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowing machine, free weights, machines, and a separate yoga room. There is very good ventilation with numerous windows, cieling fans, and a high cieling. The library and conference room are nice and large. There is WiFi throughout the building. All facilities are for residents only.
