Great experience. I highly recommend this car wash over the other one in El Cerrito off of San Pablo Ave. Fast service, friendly staff, and free vacuum.

I went there to clean the car , and paid $11.00 to wash . When i came out from washing machine, front bumper was dirty same as before . Back side was all the soap . When i show to the guy working there he told me i need to wash for $14.00 to get all clean and remove the soap . This was my very first experience washing the car like this way . I will never visit this place again & i suggest other people not to use their service . Thank you

Very bad customer service. My wife brought our car here yesterday at about 3:45pm. She was next in line to go through the tunnel. The staff woman was charging my wifes card when apparently at that moment the car going through the tunnel went off the track. The staff woman got distracted and didnt give my wife a receipt. Instead she told my wife and the cars waiting behind her that they had to back up and leave. She told my wife that she wouldnt be charged but today we see on our online banking that we were charged. I took the car back today at 11:30am and explained to the woman what happened. She said she wouldnt wash the car without a receipt. Then she accused me of lying by saying how did she even know it was the same car, which was very insulting. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager, that she didnt know when a manager was coming and wouldnt even give me the managers name. Then she said she would call the police if I didnt leave. Ive had some bad customer service experiences but this was the worst one Ive ever had.
