They have incompetent bank tellers that will stereotype you without doing the proper verification their job requires.

I found a KINDNESS there at Chase Bank in Richmond, 12121 San Pablo Ave! I was greeted with Migells smile at the door, the minute my sister, her son and I walked in. Miguel Paniagua then explained to us that we need to obtain an appointment to open a new account. After he checked with his associate, Kiuver Orizabal they were able to take us in since Kiuvers appointment did not show up. So, we sat down at Kiuvers cubicle, and he took his time, explained everything that we needed to know in order to open a student account. It was closer to the Banks closing time, but Kiuver did rush us. He also recommended a few new products for us. He was knowledgeable and kind. At the end I want this branch is my main branch where I would be visiting when I need it. Keep up the good work you guys!

The dumbest tellers I've ever had the displeasure to use. Terrible dirty bank that can't train their employees to save themselves

Very good staff. Vanessa, a lovely young woman was a great with a wire transfer.
