So unprofessional so rude. Had a collision repair For installation of bumper they took 24days after that when i bring my car home my bumper locks comes out. Then i visit again to shop they making excuses and behavior is soo rude and not fixed my problem. I recommend don't come here it's just wasting of time and money.

I just have my car fix at Crash Champions Collision Repair, 3230 Auto Plaza Dr, Richmond, CA. Before I got there, I went to a couple of different shops. This body shop won my confidence. In deed, there did a wonderful job, and fixed my car ahead of the schedule. The crew I talked are AJ and Gabby. There are all professional, and the location is clean and spacious, and very easy to rent a car there.

Worst experience Ive ever had at any auto body shop. They had my truck for a month and didnt even fix it. I would call every week and it was near impossible to get ahold of anyone. The lack of communication was insane. When they would answer Id be put on hold till the machine hung up on its own. Also got charged for something that was halfway done. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. If I can do zero stars I would.
